When using Storesync to manage client agreements, you can customise and display your organisation's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This guide explains how to add these policies and what customers will see during the agreement process.
Adding Custom URLs for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
To ensure your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are accessible to customers, you need to provide the URLs for these documents.
Follow these steps:
Navigate to Brand Manager
Go to Settings and select Branding
Select "Edit branding settings"
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Enter the URLs for your organisation's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions in the respective fields
These URLs will power the "View terms" option on the agreement page.
Note that you must supply your own URLs, as they depend on your organisation's specific policies.
Display of Full Terms in the Agreement Flow
When customers click "View terms" during the agreement process, they will see a modal displaying the full agreement terms and conditions. This modal is sourced directly from the contract associated with the agreement.
It ensures that customers can review all the terms included in the agreement, providing transparency and clarity.
FAQs About Terms Visibility
Will customers see the full terms of the agreement? Yes, the modal displays the complete terms as outlined in the agreement.
Why do I need to provide my own URLs for the policies? The URLs are specific to your organisation’s policies, and Storesync does not provide default links.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your customers have easy access to your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, enhancing their experience and trust in your agreements.
